Register Your Free Account
Securibook can be used by any company or individual that takes bookings. Examples are estate agents that book property viewings or restaurants that book table reservations. Both of these industries lose considerable time and revenue due to no-shows and cancellations.
The first step is to register your free account.
Configure your Team
You must now create your team and configure your team profile. Your 'team' can represent a company or an individual ("247 Estate Agents" for example). You can then configure options such as:
- Team branding - modify colours and logos so your customers recognise your brand.
- Booking types - configure your supported booking types (viewing/reservation/appointment for example), the no-show fee, cancellation fee and cancellation notice period.
- Stripe account - create a Stripe account for free so we can pay you securely.
Request Booking Guarantees
Book your customer in using your own booking system. Then use Securibook to send your customer a secure, encrypted 'magic' link in under 10 seconds to guarantee their booking. Notifications are sent instantly via email and/or SMS. Your customers do not need to log in or register an account with Securibook to guarantee a booking.
Guarantee Booking
Your customer guarantees their booking by providing a valid payment method that gets stored in a Stripe secure vault. No payment is made upfront. When your customer provides a valid payment method they agree to let Securibook charge them an agreed no-show/cancellation fee in accordance with our terms.
Charge Customer
If a customer doesn't attend their booking or cancels with insufficient notice, you can instantly charge them at the click of a button.
Get Paid
At the end of each month we will pay your team any charges obtained from your customers, minus our platform fee of 10%.
